These loans are written for a minimum of 61 days and a maximum of 240 day term with the option to renew. Early repayment is permitted with no pre-payment penalty. Loans are NOT required to be repaid during the first 60 days from the date the loan is issued. We charge the PA state interest rate of maximum 35% APR plus a $1.00 state filing fee.
